Another week, another critical update …
There was a logical error – also known as “my own stupidity” – built into OTL 3.06 which prevented programs that used OtlCommon to be started on Windows XP. This is now fixed.
There’s also a tiny addition to OtlSync included in this release.
New features:
- Implemented two-parameter version of Atomic initializer which intializes an interface type from a class type.
Bug fixes:
- Programs that used OtlCommon can be started on Windows XP.
Even though totally as autodidact beginner, neither in Delphi nor in Threading, 100% of learning by Google, i got a bunch of difficulties and got headache. Spent and invested many times, weeks and months, still i couldn't understand correctly what's native delphi threading like. But for sure, since found the OTL, i am starting falling in love with how amazing OTL did the job. Makes me faster and easily to learn and work with 'task' and threading, than before.
ReplyDeletei Saved and learn all your great OTL everyday. It really impressed, helped and saved my days. Just want to say, Thank a lot Primoz
